What an effortless online purchase. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. I'd made a mistake on my online order, I messaged Jane, and the issue was immediately sorted without any issue. Their variety of blinds is excellent and the colours to choose from are superb too.

5/5 is not a high enough score for how good these guys customer service is, and the blinds fit great. I bought 4, 2 I had measured wrong and they resized them free of charge without any complaints . Really high quality blinds too. Will recommend them highly.

I cannot recommend Custom Blinds, Awnings and Shutters highly enough. From start to finish, the service I received was exceptional. Unfortunately, the courier damaged one of my blinds during delivery. However, Jane and Duncan handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They arranged for a replacement immediately, at no additional cost, making what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle-free.

Incredible custom fitted blinds - initially the fit was just a little too large but Jane & Duncan were quick to assist in organizing a collection, resizing the blinds and shipping them back to me within one week. I would highly recommend.

As a family we have used Duncan and Custom Blinds many times through the years. The first time was at our home in Brenton on Sea where they installed from vertical blinds to shutters and double rollers. We are now in Amble Ridge Village and have the automated roller blinds that they installed.

I contact Custom Blinds via WhatsApp on a Sunday. Got almost immediate response, received and confirmed my invoice within an hour ( on a Sunday..via WhatsApp). Received my zebra blind within 4 days and it was perfect. I was impressed with the quality as well.

Recent changed over from another service provider, WOW, Custom Blinds really impressed! From ordering on their website, sending samples to me via courier, even 500km apart did not stop them from delivering exceptional client service! I ordered both the 25mm and 50mm aluminium blinds, both at exceptional quality and super easy to install!

Thank you so much for my amazing roller blind. Originally I purchased a Venetian blind but it was not the right thing to block the sun. I have now changed over to a roller blind that is partially sheer and it is amazing.

Since we live in KZN we were aware we could not expect a physical presence and that installation would be our responsibility. We drew plans & sent pictures and did the installation ourselves (not for the faint hearted) but the blinds were made exactly to size and fitted perfectly.

Great product and great assistance from the team. Acted on the order immediately and were very helpful to ensure that the measurements and product choice was correct and suited for the space. Would definitely recommend them!
