How do I measure for an inside-mount roller blind?
For a recess fit, measure three widths and three drops; give us the smallest width and the longest drop. We deduct 10 mm from the width only (10 mm in total). Do not deduct anything yourself.
Can I fit roller blinds myself?
Online orders are supplied for self-installation with the relevant brackets and fitting guide. If you need professional installation on the Garden Route, contact the team before ordering to confirm availability.
How do I order made-to-measure blinds online?
Choose a product, enter your window width and drop in millimetres, select the available options, and use the live calculator for your exact price. Online orders are made to measure and delivered free anywhere in South Africa.
How long do made-to-measure blinds take?
Production takes 5–7 working days, excluding transit times and outside peak seasons. Delivery is then arranged with The Courier Guy at no extra charge.
What happens if I measure incorrectly?
The Custom Fit Guarantee covers a blind that is too big with a free trim. If a blind is too small, a remake is available at a reduced price. Claims must be made within 7 working days of delivery.
